This program consists of over 1000 pages and provides students with a working knowledge of the components, properties, and indications for the safe use and blending of essential oil formulations. You do not need to purchase any books. You do not need to purchase any essential oils to study this program. If you wish to purchase essential oils, we suggest you choose the essential oils as you go through the program. A student will learn how to create a blend and learn an understanding of how to perform a professional consultation with clients using a verbal assessment and information about professional rapport with clients following the plan developed by Marlene Mitchell. A verbal assessment helps a person find out which essential oils would be best for your client after reviewing information which includes a DVD and studying the assessment. A student will learn how to choose the essential oil necessary for specific conditions. Learn about therapeutic relationship effective communication, counseling, referrals - when to refer to the medical practitioner as well as holistic practitioners and which specific ones, the right of refusal for the client as well as the aromatherapist, the screening process, customer service, progress and treatment record.
