WHO IS MARLENE MITCHELL?:

"My parents were always interested in holistic medicine. I learned so much from my Mother who always mentioned to use this holistic remedy for this or that.  This just became a part of me.  When other children would talk about what they wanted to be when they grew up, I always envisioned and imagined myself teaching Complimentary Therapies.  When I grew up and had spent many years as a Secretary for the Government which I truly enjoyed at the time, I had a burning desire to help heal creation.  Then into my life came a wonderful friend who unfortunately had migraines at the side of her head everyday.  She had told me about the great Japanese Therapy Shiatsu.  I investigated and this started my journey.  I quit my job as a Secretary and decided to totally dedicate my life to help heal creation starting with Shiatsu.. I want people to realize how easy it is for them to joyfully live out their highest dreams and aspirations. I want people to LIVE each day as if THIS WAS the greatest day of their existence!! What if people decide to remind themselves everyday that their life is a magical journey which they are continuously creating? What if people started to believe that they are ALWAYS connected to an ever-powerful and loving magical source of energy ALL the time? Perhaps their future is not set in stone. Just maybe it is ALL theirs to create, imagine, and decide to create however they want it to be. What if people repeatedly imagined their future every morning EXACTLY as they wanted it to be? I bet it would soon become their reality.”

 Marlene Mitchell is a Certified Aromatherapy Teacher and the Director of International-Certified Aromatherapy Institute.  Marlene is a Chairperson for National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy.  Her Aromatherapy programs are endorsed by the Alliance of International Aromatherapists, National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy and The Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. Marlene is the Regional Representative of Canada with the Alliance of International Aromatherapists.   Marlene had a mystical experience and a burning desire to shape her life as well as to help creation.  Marlene started her journey in 1992 by learning an extensive certified Shiatsu program from a Japanese Shiatsu Master who learned from the founder of Shiatsu "Tokujiro Namikoshi Sensei."  My colleagues from the Shiatsu school that I graduated from told me about Aromatherapy and that I should learn this as this is extremely popular.  I loved Aromatherapy and the beautiful ethereal scents and emotions that is stirred up within me.  I also had memories of when my Mother and my Grandmother used lavender in the linen as well as on their pillow to sleep on."  She then graduated from an extensive Aromatherapy program.   Marlene graduated from 2 years each programs of Certified Adults Facilitator and Certified Online Teacher in 1999.  She also became a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher and has been for over a decade.  She graduated from a highly reputable Color Therapy Institute where she became certified in Color Therapy, Color Psychology, Crystals and Gemstones and Vibrational healing for over a decade.  She has also graduated from the Dr. Edward Bach foundation for Bach Flower Essences Certification many years ago.. 

"The values that guide me as an individual as well as a business are my quest for expansive knowledge in the Complimentary Health field and to receive top notch knowledge.  I love helping clients and students by putting forth this knowledge to them and healing them with my passion of providing this knowledge the best I can.  My beliefs are that I can relieve emotional, physical pain with my years of experience and my extensive indepth top notch knowledge of working with Complimentary Health modalities and people.  I believe I can have students and clients leave a treatment or an educational program feeling inspired to heal themselves as well as others and feel totally relaxed within as well as without their existence.  

My mission statement is:
"My purpose is to express my communication skills, wanting to succeed and passion for Complimentary Therapies by successfully teaching for over 15 years Complimentary Therapy courses and by learning Complimentary Therapies for over 15 years to be a successful harmonious health coach, be spiritual 24 hours 7 days a week, have a beautiful relationship with myself and others."

 Marlene is the Principal and Director of her Aromatherapy School.
