Course Description and Learning Outcome:  This consists of 10 lessons 88 pages.  The course is provided by paper or CD ROM or Email.  Your choice.  A DVD video of Color Therapy is included.  This video portrays Animator Marlene Mitchell explaining the basic information about Color Therapy and how this works in conjunction with the chakras.  More explanation about the chakras will be shown.  Marlene will be showing two basic treatments in Color Therapy.

 Practice questions are included at the end of each lesson.  A theory exam must be completed and is to be returned to the Institute for grading and to earn a Diploma.  Course Hours:  40 Hours.  A pass mark will be 75% on final theory exam.

Learning Objectives:  A student will learn how to use Color Therapy to assist in healing and learn how to choose the specific color necessary for specific conditions.

This course was developed by Marlene Mitchell, Principal of International Certified Aromatherapy Institute who has been a Certified Color Therapist for over a decade.

Diploma awarded:  A theory examination will be provided.  Upon successful completion of this examination (minimum of 75%) you will receive a Color Therapy Diploma from the International-Certified Aromatherapy Institute.  On this Diploma, it will state:  International Certified Aromatherapy Institute:  This is to certify that "student's name" has a competitive advantage and passed an examination in the 40 hour THEORY of COLOR THERAPY and is now a "Certified Color Therapist".  There will be not mention of Distance Education on a Distance Education Diploma.

Materials Needed:  Paper and pen, a DVD or VHS video tape player.
